Hi, my name is Iryna. I am a self-taught baker. cake decorator, confectionary artist and mom of five from Pocono Mountains, PA. I am specializing in macarons, mind-blowing mousse cakes and different European pastries.

Originally from Ukraine, I moved to the United States 17 years ago and submerged myself into learning a new language, culture and eventually earned an MBA degree in Finance. But what brought me most joy was baking for family and friends.

Always driven by desire to take my passion to the next level, I made a life-changing decision to master the art of European desserts and enter the world of macaron full time.
